Vestibular & Dizziness
Physical Therapy
Dizziness isn't something you just have to live with.
Whether the room is spinning, the ground feels like it's moving beneath you, or you never quite feel steady — vestibular conditions are real, they're treatable, and you don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through daily life waiting for them to resolve on their own.
Most people with vestibular issues have already seen multiple providers by the time they find us. They've been to the ER, tried medication, and been told to wait it out. What they often haven't had is a thorough vestibular evaluation and a targeted treatment plan — and that's exactly where we come in.
What We Treat
Vestibular conditions vary widely, but the thread connecting them is this: something in the communication between your inner ear, your brain, and your balance system isn't working the way it should. We work with conditions including:
Â
BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo)
Vestibular hypofunction
Vestibular migraine
Meniere's disease
Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)

Each of these conditions presents differently — and each requires a different approach. However, the common thread in all of it: the brain is remarkably adaptable, and with the right stimulus, meaningful improvement is possible.
One Important Thing to Know
You do not need a physician referral to be seen. Many people wait weeks for a referral that isn't required — and in vestibular care, earlier treatment almost always means faster, more complete recovery. If something feels wrong, reach out directly.
Our Approach
Every evaluation starts with understanding your specific symptoms, your triggers, and how your sensory systems are communicating. From there we build a plan tailored to what's actually driving your dizziness — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. We'll make sure you understand what's happening in your body and why, so you leave every session feeling more informed and more in control.
You've been dizzy long enough. Let's figure out why — and do something about it.
