Performance & Conditioning

You don't have to be injured to work with a physical therapist.

Some of the most motivated, driven people we work with aren't in pain. They're not recovering from an injury or managing a diagnosis. They simply want to do more — push further, move better, and keep showing up for the activities and the people that matter most to them. That's exactly what Performance & Conditioning at Neuro Performance Therapy is designed for.

Who This Is For

The active adult who isn't ready to slow down. You've earned the life you're living, and you intend to keep living it fully. Whether that means getting out on the hiking trail, keeping up with your grandkids, getting back on the golf course, tending your garden without paying for it the next day, or setting sail whenever the wind is right — you want to stay strong, capable, and confident in your body for as long as possible. We're here to help you do exactly that.

The performance-focused athlete who wants more. You're already doing the thing you love — climbing, swimming, lifting, aerial work — but something isn't quite clicking. You're fatiguing faster than you'd like, not progressing the way you expected, or you just don't feel as strong or as safe as you want to. You don't need rehab. You need a specialist who understands how your body moves, what your sport demands, and how to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

The physical therapy graduate who wants to keep building. You worked hard in physical therapy, met your goals, and got discharged — and now you're not ready to stop. Performance & Conditioning is a natural next step for patients who have completed a plan of care and want to continue making progress in a structured, supervised setting. The work doesn't have to end just because your symptoms did.

What to Expect

Every Performance & Conditioning relationship begins with an initial assessment — a thorough look at where you are, what you're working toward, and what's standing between the two. From there, we build an individualized program designed around your specific goals, your body, and the activities that drive you.

Sessions are one-on-one, hands-on, and higher intensity than traditional physical therapy — think less treatment table, more purposeful training. You'll work hard, you'll be challenged, and you'll know exactly why you're doing everything you're doing. Because understanding the work is part of doing it well.

This is an ongoing relationship. We'll progress your program as you improve, adjust when life gets in the way, and celebrate every milestone along the way.

A Note on Payment

Performance & Conditioning services are self-pay only. Because these services are focused on performance, conditioning, and general wellness rather than the treatment of a medical condition, they are not covered by Medicare or any other insurance — and we do not provide superbills for these services. Pricing is transparent and discussed during your initial assessment. We believe in being straightforward about cost so there are no surprises.
